In an organization, employees at different levels/departments may have different methods to capture their attendance. When an employee is promoted or when there is an internal transition of an employee within departments, then this might require a change in their capture scheme. Keka helps you with a very simpler process for changing the Capture scheme for an employee.
Below is the path from where we change/update the capture scheme for an employee -
Search for the Employee's name in the Global Search (1) bar on the top of the Keka Portal and click on the Job (2) tab.
Once you reach the Job tab page, scroll down and go to the Employee Time section as shown below -
Then move your cursor to the Attendance Capture Scheme (as highlighted with an arrow mark in the above screenshot), and you will be getting a pen icon to edit the same. Click on the edit icon and the Update Attendance Capture scheme window will open.
Here, select whether this action is a Correction of Data or an Attendance Capture Scheme Change.
Click on the Select Attendance Capture Scheme and choose the capture scheme that needs to be assigned to that employee from the dropdown. Once you have selected the New Capture Scheme, click on Update and the new capture scheme would be assigned to that employee.
