How to update late arrival in tracking policy?

For an organization, punctuality is essential to ensure smooth operations and maintain productivity. However, there are times when employees may arrive late due to unforeseen circumstances, such as traffic or personal emergencies. To address this issue, many companies have implemented a late arrival deduction policy. Keka provides you with a very seamless manner to set a Late Arrival policy for the employees.


Below is the path to update the Late Arrival Policy-

Go to the Time Attend (1) section of the Keka Portal and click on Attendance Tracking (2). Then click on Tracking Policy. 


Then select any Tracking policy under which Late Arrivals need to be updated. Here, we are taking Executive Tracking Policy (1) for instance.  Then go to the Versions (2) tab, and click on the Pen Icon (3) of the latest updated policy. 

There is a total of 5 steps to complete the Tracking policy. You need to go to the 3rd Step: Late Arrival (1), you can check both/any one of the options i.e. "Employees are penalized if they exceed allowed number of late coming incidents in a week/month." (2) and "Employees are penalized if they exceed cumulative hours for late coming allowed in a day/week/month." (3). and can do the settings under that. 

 


Then click on Save & Continue (4). Complete the rest 2 steps and the settings would be updated.
