When a recruiter receives the resume of a candidate, and when the candidate gets shortlisted, he has to undergo all the hiring sources like interview rounds assessment, etc. Then after the candidate is selected, the next process starts and where the recruiter needs to collect the data, then verify that information of that candidate and then comes the Offer Letter. Keka provides you with an option to generate the offer letter in a very seamless manner.

Below is the path to do the same -

Go to the Pre-boarding (1) tab in Keka Hire (1) and click on In Preboarding (2). Then go to the Release Offer (3) stage.

There are 2 options i.e., generation of offer letter can be done Individually & Bulk.

Select the check boxes of the employee/s and click on Generate Offer (1) and you can generate the offer letter for multiple employees in bulk.

You can also click on Generate Offer (2) on the extreme right of the employee's name, for generating the offer letter for a single person.

Once you click on Generate Offer, you'll be redirected to the below-attached page.

Here, you will have to complete 4 steps i.e., Basic Details, Compensation, Offer Letter, and Finalize.

In the 1st step i.e., Basic Details (1), fill the Job Details (2) like Job Title, DOJ, Offer valid till date, Department, Work location, and Legal entity. Then click on Next (3).

Now, you'll be redirected to the 2nd step.

In the 2nd step i.e., Compensation (1), fill the compensation details like Pay group, Remuneration type, Annual Salary, Salary Structure Type, and Bonus (if any), and then click on Next (3).

Now, you'll be redirected to the 3rd step.

In the 3rd Step i.e., Offer Letter (1), fill the details of the offer letter i.e., you can select the offer letter template or you can also upload the custom offer letter, and then click on Next (3).

Now, you'll be redirected to the 4th step.

In the 4th step, i.e., Finalize (1), you'll be able to see all the details (2) of that employee. Then click on Generate (3) and the offer letter will be generated.
