How to Archive a Job in Keka HIRE

A job posting is an official advertisement of job openings published for job seekers. It is kind of a written announcement to inform candidates about available job opportunities. This can be done using Keka Hire portal. In Keka HIRE, once you have filled the open positions or are no longer hiring for a Job created, you can Archive the Job. After a job is archived, it will no longer be displayed in the Active jobs section.


To archive a Job on the Keka Hire page, first we need to login into the Keka Hire portal and navigate to Jobs (1) and under Active Jobs click on the Job position (2) you would like to Archive.


 


Once the Job position details open, please click on Options (Three Dots) on the top-right corner of the screen and select Change Job Status (3).


 


In the Change Job Status window, set the Status as Archive(1) in the window, then select the Archive Reason (2) and Comments (If required). Once this is done, you can click Archive (3) to Archive the Job.


 

You can also Archive a job by clicking on the Status (1) beside the Job Title.



Once you click on Status Archive (1) in the window, select Archive Reason (2) and Comments (If required). Once this is done, you can click Archive (3) to Archive the Job.




Once a job is archived, it cannot be edited and will be visible in the Archived section under Jobs.
