How to create a new offer letter template on Keka HIRE?

An offer letter is a formal document issued by an employer to a candidate, outlining the joining details, terms & conditions of their employment. In Keka Hire offer letter templates can be created and saved in advance. This allows the recruiters to edit the details and generate an offer letter quickly. This ensures consistency across the letters that you send and also reduces the time to share the offer which is important to ensure a smoother process.


Here's how you can create an offer letter template on Keka - 


On the Keka Hire portal, go to the Settings (1) section and select the Offer Letter Templates (2).


Click on Add Template.



Define the necessary properties such as the Paper Size and Orientation in the first step.



Add a Header & Footer in the second step (optional).



In the third step add the main content as per your requirement and click Save to save the template. You can use the various letter attributes given on the right pane to insert placeholders in the letter. These placeholders will be replaced with the candidate details when the offer letter is being generated for a particular candidate. 


The template can now be used while generating offer letters for a candidate.
