Keka Hire ATS portal offers the option for recruiters to directly send offer letters to candidates post approval from the team. These letter templates can be pre-created and saved on the portal with all the placeholders in place where the data will be auto-populated by the system.
Here's how a recruiter can edit the letter templates on Hire -
Go to the Settings (1) module where you'll see the Offer Letter Templates (2) section. Select the offer letter template that you want to edit and click on the Edit (3) option within the actions tab to edit the same.
On the Next window, you can make changes as per your requirement under the respective section- Letter Properties, Header & Footer, and Main Content (1). You may use the Letter Attributes to customize the Main Content as per your format and add the necessary placeholders into the content.
