Work experience provides a comprehensive overview of an employee's career development. It is also valuable for gaining insight into the professional backgrounds of your current staff. While employees can input their own experiences, Keka allows you to easily upload multiple employees work experience in bulk.
Navigate to the Global Settings (1), then click on Data Imports (2). Under the Employees section, select Employee Previous Experience (3) and click on the hyperlink that says 'Click here to import New data' (4).
Download the Excel template (1), update the data to the Excel sheet, and click on Upload Excel File (2). You may refer to the Upload Instructions to have a brief idea of the contents in the sheet.
After completing the above mentioned steps, the experience will be updated under Employee's profile in the Summary section.
