Custom fields provide a flexible way to add additional data fields to employee profiles/job details. You can define and configure custom fields to store any relevant information specific to your organization and set the permission for each custom field.
Below is the path from where you can Bulk upload/update Employee custom fields.
Go to the Org (1) section of the Keka Portal, and click on Dashboard (2) Then go to the Summary (3) tab.
Under the Quicklinks section go to Bulk Operations (1) and click on Import Employee Custom Fields (2)
Once you click on Import Employee Custom Fields, you'll be redirected to the below page -
There are 3 steps to complete the Bulk Import Process.
The first step would be to download the Excel file. Click on Excel Template (1) to do the same. The new Excel template sheet will be downloaded.
Once you upload the Customized Fields in the template sheet, you will have to save & upload using the Upload Excel File (2) button on the portal.
