Custom fields provide a flexible way to add additional data fields to employee profiles/Job details. You can define and configure custom fields to store any relevant information specific to your organization and set the permission for each custom field.
Please follow the below path
Go to the Org (1) section of the Keka Portal, and then click on Dashboard (2) then go to the Summary tab (3).
Once you are on this page, under Quicklinks, click on Employee Custom Fields
Once you click on Employee Custom Fields, you will be redirected to a new window where you can create/edit the custom fields
If you want to add the new/edit the custom fields please click anyone of the tab PROFILE or JOB (1)
For now please click on the Profile and click on Customize(2).
Go to any Field (1) that was created or you can also create a new one by clicking on +Add Field. Go to the Permissions (2) section and select the option whether everyone can view or should be hidden from the custom field or the field which has been already created. You can set viewing permissions for Employees themselves and Managers (HR Manager or HR Executive) using the drop-downs corresponding to this.
