That's where Keka comes in. Keka provides department-level analytics, making it easier to view the headcount for each department in an organization. Now, let's dive in and explore how you can effortlessly access department-wise headcount using Keka.
Go to the Org (1) section of the Keka Portal where you will be directed to the Dashboard (2). Now, click on the Analytics (3) tab.
Then, scroll down to find Headcount by Employment Type Across Department. Here, you'll be able to view the department-wise headcount.
You will also be able to see the distribution of Part-time and Full-time employees in a particular department in this bar chart.
