Modified on Tue, 6 Feb at 3:16 PM

1:1 meetings are a key component of a successful ongoing feedback model. They give managers and their direct reports uninterrupted time to discuss projects, review performance, remove blockers, and more. It also provides an opportunity for managers to get to know their employees on a more personal level. In keka, you can schedule 1:1 meetings with anyone in the organization.

To schedule a 1:1 meeting go to Me (1) and select Performance (2). In Performance under 1:1 Meetings (3) click Schedule 1:1 Meeting (4).

In the window, Select employee to have a 1:1 meeting. You can also Add other Employees. Enter the Meeting Title and then the Date and Start and End Time for the meeting. If this is a recurring meeting, you can select the Frequency. Once these are done you can also add talking points for the meeting. You can either Select from Template or Add new Talking point in the box provided and hit enter. Once you are done, click Schedule (5) to schedule the 1:1 meeting.
