How to add Talking Points in 1:1 Meeting?

1:1 Meetings are discussions that take place between employees who are part of a review cycle and their managers who are responsible for gauging their performance. These can be conveniently scheduled and tracked through Keka.


Keka offers you the option to add the taking points of a 1:1 meeting in advance so as for the participants to be aware and prepare accordingly.


Here's how you can add talking points to a 1:1 meeting - 


FOR REPORTING MANAGERS


Go to the My Team (1) tab where you'll see the Performance (2) section. Under 1:1 Meetings (3) go to the Meeting (4) where you wish to add the talking points.



Add your own Talking Points (1) here or Select from the Template (2)


FOR EMPLOYEES.


Go to the Me (1) tab where you'll see the Performance (2) section. Under 1:1 Meetings Select the meeting where you wish to add the talking points. Add you own Talking Points (4) here or Select from Template (5)


This is how you can add Talking points to a 1:1 meeting.
