How to move employees to hired stage in Keka hire?

The hiring journey is the combination of the candidate's journey and the recruiter’s journey while hiring a candidate for a specific job position. The candidate’s journey has 6 stages; Awareness, Consideration, Interest, Application, Selection, and Hire. 


Once a candidate has accepted an offer letter that has been released through the Keka Hire portal, the recruiter is expected to move the candidate to Hired stage manually.


Here's how a user can move a candidate to the Hired stage on the Keka Hire portal - 


Open the Preboarding (1) section where you'll see the various steps of the preboarding flow and Go to the Offer Acceptance (2) stage. For whichever candidate, the status is marked as Offer Accepted, Select the candidate (3) by checking the box beside the candidate's name and click on Move to Hired (4).



This is how a candidate can be moved to the Hired stage and can be further added as a new employee to the Keka HRMS portal.
