Praise refers to the expression of admiration, or positive recognition & acknowledging the qualities, achievements, or actions of an employee. Praise can take various forms, including verbal compliments or written or public recognition.
Keka allows you to post praises and badges on the organization or department wall, which can be viewed and engaged with by the respective employee.
Let us take a look at how we can generate a report on the praises given across the organization.
Navigate to the Performance (1) tab, then click on Reports (2). Under the Report section, you will find the Feedback card.
Click on Employee Praises (3).
Select the Date Range (1) for which you wish to generate the report for, & click on Run (2).
You may use the other available filters to generate a report as per your requirement.
