If your organization already maintains a repository of verified documents submitted by the employees, Keka offers you the option to upload them in bulk from the admin’s end. These documents will be automatically submitted to the respective employee’s profile by the system as per the identifier.
Here’s how you can upload the same.
Go to Org (1) and select the Documents tab (2). On this page, select the Employee Documents (3) tab and go to Bulk Uploads (4).
Click on the Upload Documents button to begin the bulk upload of the documents.
The Upload Files window will now open. Here you can define how you are uploading the documents. For uploading documents in bulk, you have to prepare a zip file with the employee documents. You can use 2 structures for this. You can have a zip file with all files together (List of Files structure). You can also create a more hierarchical structure with folders for each employee comprising the documents you want to upload(List of Folders Containing Files structure).
Decide which structure you want to use for bulk upload and prepare the zip file in this format.
