Keeping employee addresses up-to-date in an HRMS portal is crucial for effective communication between HR departments and employees. Accurate addresses are also mandatory for legal and regulatory compliance, as well as for emergency situations. Keka simplifies the process of updating both permanent and current addresses in bulk for your convenience.
To do so go to the Global settings by clicking on the gear icon next to the organization name. Here, open the Data Imports section and select Employee Address from the list of available imports.
You will the option 'Click here to Import New Data', clicking on which will open up the Import Employee address window.
From this window, download the Excel Template and update the employees' address details in it. Then save it and use the Upload Excel File button on the portal to import the data. To learn more about importing data on Keka using Excel, click here.
