How to add organization documents on Keka for employees to view and acknowledge?

Modified on Mon, 22 Apr at 3:44 PM

Organizations maintain documents that clearly define company policies for employee reference. To ensure accessibility and acknowledgment, these documents should ideally be available on a portal. Keka makes it easy by allowing organizations to upload and customize the visibility of these documents, as well as requiring employees to acknowledge policies after the first reference.

To add organization documents, start by creating a document folder that contains all the related documents.

Simply navigate to the Org (1) section of your portal, then to Documents (2), and open the Organization Documents (3) tab. From there, click on +Add Document Folder (4).

A new window will pop up where you have to give a Name for the folder and a Description if required. Next, you have to select the Departments and Locations with access to this folder.

Click on Add once all the details are updated.

Now this newly created folder will be available in the left pane on this page. Open this folder and click on Add them here

The Add New Organization Document window will open where you have to give a Name of the document and add a Description if required.

Then you have to choose if the employees are allowed to download the documents and whether they are required to acknowledge the same.

Use the Add Attachment option to upload the relevant document and then click Add.

Employees of a selected department and location can access this document folder and its contents by going to Org, then Documents, and opening the Organization Documents tab.
