It is important for an employee to know what their organization's policies are like their Attendance Policy, Leave Policy, Code of Conduct, etc. For this purpose, in Keka, Employers can create a document folder that is accessible to all or a selected group of employees who can view these documents whenever necessary.
An employee can view organization documents by going to Org (1) and selecting the Documents (2) tab. Here, you will be navigated to Organization Documents, search for the Document Folder (3) you would like to view, and click on the Document Title (4).
You can view the document online or use the Download icon to download the document.
