Introduction
Keka now comes with the option to add more than one career site for your organization. This feature is essential for organizations with more than one entity or if you require separate career sites for a region or a campaign. Say you want to run a campus hiring campaign, this feature allows you to create a separate career site with relevant messaging that would allow you to attract the right candidates for the roles.
This feature is currently only available for the Advance plan. You can create and manage 5 career sites at a time in the advance plan.
Adding a new career site
To setup multiple career sites, go to your Keka Hire portal and then select Career Site. Here, you can see all the career sites that has been created. To create a new career site, click on +Create New Career Site.
In the Create New Site window that opens up, enter the Name for the career site as well as the Site URL. You can create a new site from scratch or clone and edit an existing site. Select the option you want. If you choose to clone an existing career site, you will be prompted to select the career site to clone and edit.
Once you have made your choices, select Create to create your new career site.
The new career site is now created. You can easily edit how the site looks and the content of the site using the site builder.

Once you have edited the site, click on Publish to publish the site from the site editor.
Making a site offline or online
You can easily control the visibility of the site from your career sites page. To control whether a career site is offline or online, you can use the selector on each career site.
Let us take the example of the career site we created in the last step. To control the visibility, select toggle on the relevant career site tab. To make the site online, select Online from the drop-down.
Managing career site SEO
Keka Hire allows you to manage the SEO parameters for your career site to allow you to add SEO name, Description, tags and more to allow people to discover your career page easily.
To manage the SEO parameters of any site, select the career site and on the homepage, click Edit on the homepage in the SEO section.
You will be taken to the Search Engine Optimization page where you can add the necessary parameters. Upload a Favicon to use for the site along with the SEO title and description. You can also add SEO tags to allow for easier searches.
You can also change the image that will show up in the preview when you share the link to the site anywhere.
Once you have added all the details, click Update to save these settings. You can view a preview of the page on the career sites page in the SEO section.
Tracking Career Site Analytics
You can track the visitors to your site and the number of applications received. Keka Hire also allows you to filter this information and see how these statistics have changed overtime. To view the analytics, go to any active career site tab.
Click on the icon next to Analytics to open the analytics in a different window.
You can also navigate here by going to the Insights section of your Keka Hire portal and selecting the Career Site Traffic section from the left pane.
Here you can view the number of visits to the career site, as well as the number of applications. You can choose a particular career site to focus on as well as the timeframe for which you want this information.
