TABLE OF CONTENTS
Note: Please be aware that pulse data is collected only when three or more employees respond to the questions included in the pulse survey.
Engagement Score
This tab provides valuable data insights and the conclusive results of the pulse survey. The top filter can be utilized to sort data related to specific departments, genders, worker types, locations, and ages. Additionally, you have the option to access pulse for each quarter.
Overall Engagement
The graph beside the filter displays Overall Employee Engagements. The graph calculates averages from all metrics, keeping it simple: <3 is Poor, 3-6 is Average, and >6 is Good. Employee Pulse Score

These metrics are calculated using the Weighted Average of all sub-metrics, considering the number of questions in each sub-metric. Additionally, for Sub-metric Scores, it's the sum of scores from all respondents divided by the total responses.
The widget at the end of the tab is Compare, featuring a Heat Map. This map allows for easy comparison between different metrics across various categories, including departments, locations, worker types, and gender.
Question Results
Within this tab, you can find insights from your employees for each question. Utilize the search bar to sort responses received for questions under each metric.
