Collecting employee responses for the pulse is crucial for assessing their satisfaction and understanding their state of mind within the organization. Each week, upon logging into their Keka portal, employees will receive a set of five questions displayed on their dashboard.
This process aims to gather valuable insights. Following a 2-3 week period, a comprehensive set of insights will be available, facilitating a thorough and meaningful analysis. This article explores the importance of these employee responses and the insights they provide for organizational growth and employee well-being.
Note: Please note that the questions sent to employees are predetermined and cannot be customized, as they are set by default.
After initiating pulse employees will have notification related to pulse on there dashboard when they login into there Keka HR portal. If they wish to answer, they can click on Start to answer the pulse survey questions.
Each question offers five options, and employees are required to select one. To move on to the next question, click on Next.
Note: Please be aware that the responses from employees are kept anonymous. Employers cannot see individual answers; they can only view a summary of all the responses provided by the employees. This ensures privacy and encourages honest feedback.
