TABLE OF CONTENTS

All Your Essentials in Quick Access

In the Quick Access section, you'll find all the important tasks that are relevant to both your personal and work life, all in one spot. Now let's explore the actions you can take from here.

Apply for Leave

To apply for leave, just tap on the Apply Leave icon. This will take you to a screen where you can pick your leave dates. If you choose 'Specific Dates' from the calendar, you'll also see when your teammates are off.

Next, pick the type of leave you want, add a note, and include anyone you'd like to notify. The screen will also show you if any team members are taking leave on the same dates as you.

Apply for WFH

You can easily request Work From Home (WFH) by selecting the dates and providing a reason for the request. Additionally, you can choose whom to notify and check if others have made similar requests for the same dates before submitting the request.

Raise Internal Helpdesk Tickets

If you need help from your company, go to the "Raise Ticket" option. Choose the category that matches your request, then give your ticket a clear title. Explain why you're raising the ticket and attach any necessary files. Finally, click "Submit." If you want to know how to track your tickets, you can find that information here.

Raise Expenses

Adding expenses on Keka is easy. You can bunch up different expenses, wrap them into one claim, and then send it for a thumbs-up. When the approval comes, you get your money.

First off, decide if this is an expense you've already spent and have the receipts for, or if it's an advance request for an upcoming cost.

If you're submitting an expense, start by choosing its type—like is it for travel, food, or something else. Then link it to the project or cost center it belongs to. Fill in the rest like what it's for, when it happened, and how much it cost.

You have two choices now. Either save it to claim later or send it off right then. To make it easier for the people approving, include why you're making the request and any other info they should know.

If you're not ready to claim it yet, no worries. You can come back to finish it later.

For advance requests, click on 'Add Advance/Travel Booking.' Just like before, you fill in the details.

You can add more than one expense to an advance request. When you're all set, press 'Submit Request.'

Now you should be able to manage your work-related expenses and claims. If you want to learn more about this, click here.
