What is the difference between Sum of Child KPI and Average of Child KPI?

When a new objective is being created with Key Results included, if the metric on which the parameter is being calculated Is user-defined, the system can either calculate it as an average of all KPIs or the Sum of all KPIs.

Average of Key Results - Calculates the progress of parent objective by taking the average progress of all the KPIs

Sum of all KPIs - Calculates the progress of a parent objective by summing up the numerical progress values of all the child objectives.

Depending on the context of the KRA the admin may take the call on whether the KPIs may be taken as a sum or average.
