How to Enable/Disable Rating for Key Results in a Review cycle?

Subsets of Objectives are Key Results. They are also referred to as Sub Objectives or KPIs. They are a breakdown of tasks that need to be performed in order to achieve the objective. Though this is not recommended In Keka you can enable/disable rating for Key Results in a review cycle.

To enable Rating for a review cycle, go to Performance (1) and select Reviews (2). Here under Review Groups (3) search for the Review cycle you would like to enable Key Result Rating. Click on Options available on the right and select Cycle Settings (4).

Now in the Settings move to Setup Review forms. Here you can find the check box Allow Reviewers to Rate on Key Results of the Objectives. When you check the box, the Key result rating for the review cycle will be enabled and if it is unchecked you can rate only the Objectives. Once the configuration is done you can click Next.
