There might be scenarios where an employee might want to make a few changes to a submitted timesheet. Keka allows employees to unsubmit a timesheet while it is still in the approval process.
Let us take a look at the steps to unsubmit a timesheet -
Navigate to the Me (1) section, then click on Timesheet (2). You will be directed to the All Timesheets (3) tab.
Select the Date Range for which you wish to edit & click on Unsubmit Timesheet (4).
Please note that the timesheet needs to be pending for approval. If the timesheet is approved, employees cannot unsubmit the given timesheets.
The system will then ask for confirmation to unsubmit the timesheet, click on Unsubmit (1) to confirm the same.
You can now make the necessary changes and re-submit the timesheet by clicking on Submit weekly timesheet.
