Now, let's explore how an Admin can check the document generation history:
Go to the Org (1) section and click on Documents (2) which will redirect you to the Letter Templates (3) tab.
Click on any Letter Template name to view the template and the letter generation details.
Here, click on Generation History (1) to view the details of who generated the letter along with the date of letter generation, and for more insights, you can click on View Details (2).
The View Details page would show the list of employees for whom the letter was generated for that particular timeframe.
