During a performance review cycle, the admin has the option to include feedback from individuals other than just the management team. These additional reviewers can be peers, external consultants, colleagues from different departments, or any other team members working towards the same goal. Now, let's see how an admin can manually nominate these reviewers for an employee.
Go to the Performance (1) section and select the Reviews (2). Then you'll be redirected to the Review Groups (3) and select the required review group from the list and select the review cycle and click on View Progress (4).
Within a review cycle go to the second step where you can see employees whose reviews are in progress and click on the three dots under the Actions for the employee for whom you wish to nominate a reviewer. You'll see the Approve/Manage nominations option.
Here you'll see the employees for whom the nominations are pending. click on Click here
Search for the required Peers and click Confirm.
