As an admin, Keka lets you add carryforwarded leave to employees' leave balances. You have the flexibility to upload this information for multiple employees at once using an Excel sheet.
Go to the Time Attend (1) module where you'll see the Leave (2) tab. In the Leave tab, go to the Initial Adjustments (3) section where you'll find the option to Import Carryover Balance (4)
The imported values will override the existing values
Balance before Upload
Updated balance after the import is complete.
