To view the list of team members in your department, go to My Team from the left navigation pane. Make sure you're in the Summary tab.
Scroll down on this page to find the complete list of employees in your department.
You can filter this list down to view your Direct Reports, Indirect Reports, and Peers using the toggle panel on top of the page.
