Keka sends out email triggers to employees for pending actions, announcements, and approval intimations on the portal. These emails contain a default template and the respective receiver. As an admin, you can update the receiver endpoints and even edit the default email template.
To do this go to Global Settings (1) by clicking on the gear icon next to the organization name. Here click on the Integrations and Automation (2) and open the Event Triggers (3) tab.
You can enable or disable the event trigger by using the toggle button under Status.
Or you can click on the Event title and see the event trigger configurations. To modify the setting click on the three dots for an action and select Edit.
Here, you can edit the update the 'from email address' (1), decide to hide/unhide CC & BCC (2), and change the name of the action (3).
Below that you can configure the email elements (4).
You can use the Select Template button and the available Placeholders to create a custom template for the body of the email or just use the default Keka template.
Once you have made the necessary changes, just click on Update.
