How to edit event triggers in Keka Hire?

Keka Hire sends out emails automatically to candidates or privileged users based on events such as a new candidate added, feedback added for any candidate, or any intimations on preboarding on the ATS portal. These emails contain a default template and the respective receiver. As an admin, Keka allows you to edit the default event triggers.


Let us take a look at how can we edit an event trigger.


Navigate to Settings (1) in Keka Hire, select Event Triggers (2) under Notifications, and click on the Event Trigger (3) that you wish to edit. You may search for the event trigger using the Search bar.



On the next window, click on the Three Dots (1) of the action given for the selected event trigger and select
 Edit (2).


Make the changes like the Name of the Event trigger, Recipients, Subject line, and the email content along with the attribute Placeholders (1). Once the required changes are done, click on Update (2).


The changes done in the event trigger will be effective immediately and the system will send the updated email trigger hence forth. This will not impact any of the previously triggered emails.
