As a privileged user in Keka (such as a Global Admin, HR Executive, or HR Manager), you can disable an employee's self-service portal login for reasons such as termination.
To do so, open the employee's profile on the portal and click on Actions. Choose Disable Login from the available options.
A prompt will appear on will you have to click Confirm.
Once disabled by the admin, employees won't be able to access the Keka portal unless the login is re-enabled. If you found this article helpful, please leave a like below.
