As an Admin, you may have access to important information about staffing levels, deadlines, and workload that can help you to carefully evaluate the WFH requests before approving or canceling them to ensure that the business operations are kept running smoothly.

Now there are two ways you can do this one Keka:

  1. Taking action for a particular employee's request.
  2. Taking action for multiple requests in bulk.

Let's jump in and see how can do both of these.

Taking action for a particular employee's request.

Open the employee's Profile and navigate to the Time (1) section. Open the Attendance (2) tab here and scroll down to the Logs & Requests (3) section. Click on Attendance Requests (4) to view all the attendance-related requests raised by this employee.

Under the Work From Home / On Duty Requests section, find the date for which you want to edit the request.

Now under the Actions column, you can either, Approve or Reject the request. You can also add a Comment for any action you are taking.

Taking action for multiple requests in bulk.

To view all the pending WFH/OD requests navigate to Time Attend, go to Approvals and then open the WFH/OD tab.

Here you filter the list of pending approvals according to Departments and Locations.

Now you can Approve or Reject the request one by one. Or, you can select multiple requests and Approve or Reject them in bulk.
