Modified on Mon, 8 Apr at 12:27 PM

As part of our commitment to enhance the flexibility and functionality of Keka HR, we've introduced a new feature that allows admins to submit review forms on behalf of reviewers or employees. This feature can be particularly useful in situations where a reviewer or employee is unable to complete a review due to unforeseen circumstances. Below is a step-by-step guide on how to use this feature.

Firstly Navigate to the Performance(1) section click on Reviews(2) and select Review cycle or instance(3). After that choose the relevant Review group(4) & click on View progress(5).

In the review progress page click on Reviews in progress(1) and find the employee whose review form needs to be submitted then click on three dots(2) in the action column and you will see option to Submit review form(3)

Upon selecting to submit a review form, a popup window titled Submit review form(1) will appear.

In this window, you are required to select the employee’s name for whom the review is being submitted. Select from the list of reviewers(2). This could be the employee themselves (self-review), the reporting manager, or peers, depending on who is due to complete the form. Once the reviewer is selected and the reason is provided, click on Start Review(3). Complete the review form as it appears, filling in all necessary evaluations and comments as required by the review process.

Complete the review form as it appears, filling in all necessary evaluations and comments as required by the review process and click Next

Click on Submit Review.

After submission, the activity log will record the review form has been submission by the behalf of the reviewer. However everywhere else it will reflect as reviewer submitted the form

Email Trigger

An automatic email notification will be sent to the reviewer or employee informing them that the form has been submitted by an admin. This update can be managed and customized in the event triggers settings.
