How to skip a reviewer if review is not filled in "x" days?

Modified on Tue, 18 Jul, 2023 at 11:14 AM

Before initiating a review, you will have to define the time within which a review participant needs to complete the review and submit the same. A few organizations might want to skip the review participant if the form is not filled out within the stipulated time. Keka offers you the ability to skip a reviewer if there is a delay in filling the review form.

Let us take a look at how we can configure the settings for the same.

Navigate to the Performance (1) section, then click on Reviews (2), you will be directed to Review Groups (3).

Select the Review Group (1) in which you wish to make changes and then click on Review Cycles (2).

Click on Launch Cycle under the review cycle, that is yet to be launched/initiated.

On the overlay window, click on the Edit (1) option under 'Time to submit review form for all reviewers' and select 'Move to next reviewer if form is not submitted by due date' (2) and click on Save (3).

If this option is selected, then the review form will be skipped if it is not filled within the due date that is defined.

Once done, again click on Save to save the Launch Details.
