How can a reporting manager check their direct reports review form?

Modified on Tue, 6 Feb at 3:16 PM

Performance reviews are important to provide feedback to employees for the evaluation period and help them with any challenges they may be facing. A reporting manager needs to have access to the performance reviews of their direct reports as they are responsible for the employee and need to make sure that the employee is performing their best and all their work-related needs are met.

To check the Performance reviews a reporting manager can go to My Team (1) and under Performance (2) select Reviews (3). Now under Direct Reports (4), Select the Employee you want and for the review cycle under Actions click Options and you will see View Review Form (5).

You will be able to see the reviews given to the employee by reviewers.

Hope you are now clear on how reporting managers can see the direct reports reviews. Need more help? You can refer to the other articles available or Contact us!
