How to create review form?

The review process is the procedure where reporting manager or team leader evaluates employees’ accomplishments and progress towards the objective and goals. It happens by comparing achievements with preset expectations and providing feedback to the employees about the same.


On the other hand, review Form helps provide valuable feedback to employees. Keka provides the option of Performance reviews where managers and the hierarchy have the opportunity to provide regular, structured feedback to employees so they know where they stand on their goals and how to improve. This process helps team members grow professionally, which also benefits the organization. 


Below is the path creating the same -


Go to the Performance (1) section of the Keka Portal, and click on Reviews (2). Then go to the Review Groups (3) tab and select the Review Group under which the review form has to be configured. 

Here, we are taking USA Review Group (4) for instance. 

Then go to the Review Cycles (1) and click on Start Setup (2) of that Review Cycle. Here, we are taking US Cycle 1 for instance.

There are a total of 3 steps to complete the setup process. Go to the 3rd Step i.e., Setup Review Forms (1). Fill in all the details like what needs to be evaluated, time frames, reviewers, weightages, etc. (2). 

Then click on Next (3) and complete the 3rd step. 


This is how you can create a review form.
