Based on the settings of the leave types in the Leave policy a leave policy explanation is generated in keka so that employees can know how they can apply for leave and any restrictions for applying leave. If you choose to not display the autogenerated policy explanation but instead upload your own explanation you can do so.
To upload your own Leave Policy Explanation, go to Time Attend (1) and under Leave (2) select Leave Plan. Now for the Leave Plan you want, on the right under options select Edit (3).
In the Edit page, select Upload custom leave policy document and click Upload Document. Once the document is uploaded Click Update.
