How to disable email alerts when sync tool is not syncing?

When a biometric device added stops syncing, an automated email is triggered to inform that the biometric device has stopped syncing. In some cases, these triggers are not required and you can disable it.


To disable the Email these, go to Global Settings (1) and move to Integration and Automation (2). Now under Event Triggers (3) move Search for Attendance Sync Tool Network Alert. For the trigger on the right under Status, you can disable it using the Toggle button (4).
