Sometimes, employees change their minds about leaving a job for various reasons, and organizations need a way to handle this. Keka offers an option to cancel an employee's resignation even after it has been approved.
Go to the Org (1) section from the left navigation pane and click on Exits (2). Then go to the In Exit Process (3) tab.
The name of the employee in exit process is displayed here. Click on the Three dots from the actions section of the employee name. Select Cancel from the dropdown.
Once you click on cancel, you'll get a pop-up asking for a confirmation. Click on Confirm , and the resignation would be cancelled.
You can also cancel an employee resignation by going to his profile. Search for the name of the employee in the Global search bar, in his profile you can find an option of Cancel Resignation.
Once you click on cancel resignation, you'll get a pop-up. Click on Confirm, and the resignation will be cancelled.
