How to update the Estimated time for tasks in bulk?

While creating the tasks for projects, an estimated time can be set. But later, due to any reason, the project manager/admin wants to change the estimated time for all the tasks, and it is very difficult to update the estimated time for each and every task one by one. Hence, Keka provides you the option to bulk update the estimated time of the tasks. 

Follow the below path to do the same -

Go to the Project (1) section of the Keka Portal and select the Bulk Import (2) tab. Then click on Update Project Tasks (3).

Once you click on Update Project Tasks, you'll be redirected to the page shown below. 

Click on Excel Template (1) and the Excel sheet will be downloaded. Then update the Estimated time for all the Projects/tasks in the Excel sheet and save it. 

Then upload the same sheet in Upload Excel File (2). 

 This is how you can update the Estimated time in bulk.
