How to import employee geo locations in Bulk?

Geo Locations provide employees with a convenient option to clock in from their mobile app when they are within a specified radius of the office or other designated locations, increasing flexibility beyond office devices. By using Geo Locations, employees can clock in quickly and easily, giving them more time to focus on their tasks, which can ultimately increase overall productivity. 


On Keka, it is very easy to import and assign geo locations in bulk. Simply navigate to Time Attend (1), then go to Settings (2), and open the Geo Locations (3) tab. 

Click on Import Employee Geo Locations (4) to open up a new window.



Here, download the Excel Template (1) and open the file on your system. 

Update the Employee Number, Employee Name, and Location Name properly in this sheet, and then go back to the portal and upload the excel sheet (2) there.




After uploading the sheet, verify that the column headings and data match and preview the data to be imported. If there are no errors, click Complete, and a confirmation dialogue box will appear. Click Confirm to import the data.
