When an employee applies for leave in Keka there is a record of the leave in the leave history. Employees can check this leave history for themselves and admins can check this leave history for employees individually.
1. Employee View:
As an employee, you can check the leave history by going to Me (1) and selecting Leave (2) and you will see Summary.
Under Summary scroll down and you can find Leave History where all your past leaves including penalties will be displayed.
2. Check Leave History of other employees as an Admin.
To check the Leave History of employees as an Admin in the Global Search enter the employee name and go to their Profile.
In the Profile go to Time and you will be under Leave.
Here scroll down and you will find Leave History which contains the leave including penalties for the employee.
