How to configure settings so that only team members can log timesheets?

In keka for Projects, configurations are available on who can add time entries for projects. You can allow all employees with the timesheet policy assigned to enter time entries or only allow employees added to the project. You can also configure the settings so that only employees who are assigned to the Task can enter time entries for it.


To configure settings so that only Team members can log timesheets, go to Projects (1) and you will find Projects (2) again. Here under the Project list, you can find Active Projects which will have a list of all the projects available. Then click on the Project Name.



In the Project page go to Settings and move to Timesheets. Under Timesheets click Edit settings



In the window, under Who can Log timesheet select Team members can Log Timesheets Or Only Asignees can Log timesheets. When you select Team members, any employee who is added to the project can log timesheets for all task in the project. When you select Only assignees can log timesheets, employees can log timesheets only for tasks that they are assigned to or tasks for which no employee is assigned. Once you have made the change click Update.
