A bonus is a form of additional compensation or reward given to employees by their employer. It is typically provided beyond an employee's regular salary or wages and serves as an incentive or recognition for exceptional performance, achieving specific goals, or meeting certain targets.
A report on the current salary structure with the bonuses is useful for keeping track of the employee's salary, and their respective bonuses added.
Let us take a look at how we can generate a report on the current salary structure of an employee along with bonuses.
Navigate to the Payroll (1) section and click on Reports (2), you will be directed to Payroll, Contribution and Tax (3). Under the Payroll Reports card, select Current Salary Structure with Bonus (5).
You may use the filter options like Pay Group, Location, Department, Cost Center, etc. to create the report as per your requirement.
You may also download the report if you wish by clicking on the Download icon.
