Employee onboarding is a systematic and planned process that introduces new employees to the company and involves specific formalities conducted by the HR department. To ensure an efficient onboarding process, the admin must invite employees to the Keka portal.
To invite employees in bulk, go to the Org (1) section of the Keka Portal and click on Dashboard (2) where you will be directed to the Summary (3) tab.
Now, go to the Quicklinks section, and under Bulk Operations, click on Bulk Invite employees.
You can choose Department and Location to filter out the added employees who are not yet registered on the portal.
Once you have the required list of employees, click on the checkbox (1) to select all the employees on the list and click on Invite Employee (2).
The employees will now receive the invites on their registered email IDs.
