How to pull out a report of employees annual CTCs?

At any given point in time, an admin would want to check the Annual CTC of employees for reasons like giving appraisals or to do budgeting for the next year, etc. So, instead of searching each and every employee's salary, Keka provides you a report where you can select pay groups along with different sections where employees are bifurcated, to pull out the Annual CTC report. 


Let us see how we can generate the report to check the annual CTC for all the employees- 


Go to the Payroll (1) section of the Keka portal, and click on Reports (2) where you will be directed to the Payroll, Contribution and Tax (3) section.


Here, under the Payroll Reports section, click on the Current CTC report.

Select the filters (1) mentioned like Pay group, Remuneration Type, Employment Status, Job Title, Department, Location, Cost Center, and Business Unit accordingly. 




To download the report, click on the Download icon (as highlighted in a box). 


This is how you can pull out a report of employees' annual CTCs.
