In an organization, there will be different payment modes for salary transfers, PF details, ESI details, PAN details & other Financial information for the employees. It would be a tedious task to check each employee's financial information individually. In order to avoid such scenarios, Keka offers you to generate a report of the Financial information that is added to the Keka Portal.
Let us take a look at the reports available and how to find them:
Navigate to Payroll (1), then click on Reports (2). You will be able to see the Payroll, Contributions & Taxes (3) Tab under the Reports sections.
Under the Payroll Reports, click on Financial Information.
You can use the available filters like Paygroup, Department, Location, Employment status, Job title, Cost Center & Business Unit to generate a report based on your requirement.
And once the report is generated, you may also click on the Download option to export the Information in the Excel format.
