How we import ratings for the Calibration process?

Modified on Tue, 6 Feb at 3:16 PM

Calibration is the process of employee performance evaluation done based on a similar type of criteria no matter to whom they report. During the process, managers within a department come together and discuss the achievements and performance of employees and ultimately agree on similar views on performance appraisal ratings.

The process of performance calibration ensures that the steps taken by managers remain consistent for everyone. The process ensures; A fair and objective performance appraisal of past performance is made for each employee concerning others in similar roles and/or job levels, and managers apply similar standards to all employees.

Keka offers the Calibrators to conveniently import ratings through an Excel sheet to avoid manual redundancy.
