While the review cycle is in process, in certain cases due to unexpected circumstances, the employees might miss out on filling out the review form. Keka offers the admin to send a reminder to the employees.
Let us take a look at how can we send reminders to employees.
Navigate to the Performance (1) module and select the Reviews (2) section where you'll be redirected to the Review Groups (3) and select the required review group from the list and select the review cycle and click on View progress (4).
In the Review in progress stage (1), under Ongoing form filling(2) section, select the Employee's name(3) & click on Send Reminder(4).
Or in the Review in progress stage (1), under Ongoing form filling(2) section, click on the the 3dots(3) under the Actions column, where you'll see the option to Send Reminder (4).
